How It Works
A mate builds the pitch
They put together a short slide deck about why their single mate is a catch. Humour encouraged.
The pitch goes on the big screen
Mates take the mic in the Community Room, pitching their friends to a room full of people with the deck up on the screen behind them.
Everyone mingles
Half the room came along just to watch, drink and mingle — that's where most connections happen. Grab a Mingle Ticket if that's you. No swiping. Just walk up and say "Hi, I liked your pitch."

The Community Room at Harbord Diggers
Harbord Diggers sits on the headland above Freshwater, with sweeping views toward Curl Curl beach and the Northern Beaches coastline. It's a proper local institution — several bars and kitchens, an ocean terrace, and parking on site.
We're in the Large Community Room, which seats a hundred and comes with the screen and projector the pitches need. Doors, decks and the mingle all happen in the one room.
